| 1. | I just wanted some more info about what's involved in the course (i.e. what sort of activities), whether you work towards specific goals? |
| | The boot camps are for general fitness and we do not focus on any specific goals as such. We simply encourage you to be able to be fitter and stronger by the end of the course. There are some timed activities... and some strength tests done at random throughout, so that you can track your own progress and improvements. We record nothing as we do not focus on competition here, it's all about general fitness and wellbeing for a lifetime.
Each and every class differs from the last as boredom is not good at 6.30am!! We use a range of activities but no equipment other than the occasional skipping rope. Using your own body as resistance is the best way to be functionally fit for life. So, a mixture of drills which include push-ups, dips, crunches, squats, lunges etc. Mixed in with jogging, running, sprints, and stairs also.
We start lighter and increase things as the weeks pass. And it is up to you how hard you train, we encourage you to do your best though! |

| 3. | What kind of activities do you do at the Bub Club? |
| | The Bub Clubs are really just like any other exercise session. During the classes we do all the usual activities such as, jogging, running, push ups, squats, lunges etc. The only difference is the special considerations we make for pelvic floor focus. It's just a place where new mums can exercise and bring baby. A place where, if things are not running smoothly, everyone understands!!

| 12. | I work shift work so can I just pay when I turn up, or do I need to pay in advance? |
| | Thanks for your enquiry. You have few options open to you but we do not accept cash at the parks. You can join for the course starting soon and then the classes are $10 with the free Saturday class every week. This means that out of the 3 classes hopefully you will be able to make at least two classes keeping the cost per class at $10. Also with this option perhaps you will be able to make all three classes one week and only one the next, which evens it out a little.
Added to this we also offer the option of you doing "make-up" classes at any of our other locations if you need to miss a class. See our class lists for other options that could suit you.
If you would like to come and attend as you please, you can attend casually at a cost of $15 per session. To do this you will need to purchase a class pass from the "products" page of the site. You have he option of buying either a 2, 4, or 5 class pass. You will need to print this off and present it to the instructor each time.
We hope that all of these options suit you and we receive your booking very soon! |

| 14. | I am away for 2 weeks, is this ok? |
| | Sure! We encourage you to go at your own pace and realise that Sydney is a busy place. If you have to miss a week or two anywhere in the course you will easily pick up again. We have priced the courses to accomodate this happening. Did you know that even if you had to miss 4 whole weeks from a 12 week term, the classes still work out at less than $11.50 per session! |

| 16. | I can't make it to training on Saturday, can I do 3 classes during the week? |
| | Unfortunately not. The classes on Saturday are the FREE classes and these can not be taken at any other time. If you miss one of your weekday sessions we encourage you to make it to another class somewhere, but the FREE class can not be taken during the week. 2 week day classes, 1 Saturday! |

|
| 17. | If I book in to boxing as well as boot camp, can I have a discount? |
| | Please do not ask for discount as refusal may offend. We have priced our courses to be the cheapest in Sydney... we also pay our trainers the highest rates... this leaves us with no room to move... but is does allow us to provide the best possible service and products at the lowest prices in town.
