Success Stories "Sharon Fulcher and her team have worked with Seven Staff for over three years. She knows how to help people find their own level of fitness and well-being. Her real strengths are her ability to read each clients needs, work as a leader and coach, plus also help them to motivate their own goals. Results are gained through consistent growth, so the effects are long lasting. Sharon delivers, she helps, she monitors and then lets you gain your own rewards."

| I am currently in Sharons Sunday boxing class (which is my second season of boxing with Sharon ) and I have to say its the best group class I have ever attended. Sharon is an excellent trainer, she can relate to all types of people & motivate them accordingly. I have no hesitation in recommending Sharon for any type of training as she is a true professional who is vigorous in her commitment to achieving results. My only complaint is that I do not finish work early enough to attend her Boot Camp classes during the week!!

| "I have been participating in the boot camp/boxing morning classes for 3 years and enjoy it so much, it is part of my weekly routine that I can't live without. Sharon is an amazing, funny and inspiring trainer, who makes everyone in the class feel welcome, and creates a fantastic buzz to start the day."

| "I have been a client of Sharon for over 4 years in both one on one training sessions and boot camps. Sharon is fantastic. She is completely down to earth, entertaining, dynamic and able to adjust to the individual needs of her clients and make you feel comfortable. She make the sessions fun and sometimes hilarious. And best of all, unlike a gym, she doesn?t smell!"

| I have been attending Sharon's Pyrmont bootcamp and boxing sessions for 2.5 years now (rain or shine) and I cannot recommend her enough. I have learnt new skills which help me train better and harder and I can now push myself to limits I never knew I had! Before I came to Oz, I could only do 5 pushups and a few km's. Now I do sets of 20 and 6 - 10 km with ease (City2Surf regular!). Bring back the 1 minute park sprint!
| "I attend a lunch-time boot camp, along with 15 other people from our company. The sessions are energising, fun, and a fantastic work out. Never Boring!"

| "The sessions that Sharon provides gives the much needed balance to my week. The training is always fun, varied and very well structured to deliver results. It's one of the rare training sessions that, under Sharon's direction, work you incredibly hard, yet has you enjoying yourself on the way through and wanting to come back for more. Sharon has a very friendly and relaxed approach but is always professional. I have and do thouroughly recommend her."

| "I went along to a boxing class out of curiosity more than anything else. I've now been hard at it for more than two years. No classes have ever been the same. Sharon mixes it up, tailors it for your level of fitness and above all makes it fun. She's not a robot personal trainer, she thinks about what it is she is doing with you and where she wants to get you in terms of personal fitness. I often say to her at the end of a session: "thanks - you saved my life." She thinks I'm joking.

| Testimonial - with apologies to Pam Ayres Running in the dark, around a Sydney city park, is not my idea of fun. But what do you do? You've turned forty-two, and your ass is eclipsing the sun.... Your breasts do as they please, you can't see your knees and your buttocks are hitting the ground But help is at hand It doesn't need to be bland and the training, though sweaty, is sound Sharon and Tonette, of Shazzas bootcamp fame are two of the nicest people despite the dodgy name Attentive and cheering, ( never domineering) they'll get you slim they're better than a gym and Shazza's car won't get lost in a crowd
